About Luis
One of the reasons Luis loves selling real estate is because it gives him the chance to help make a difference in people’s lives. He believes it is important to align with one who knows the local Real Estate market and has the skills to advocate on your behalf through the process. He knows the Denver metro area very well as he grew up in Denver.
Prior to Real Estate Luis earned his Associates degree (A.A.S) with a focus on Applied Technology and worked for several tech companies in the corporate world for several years. During this time, he worked different positions which required him to work directly with engineers, vendors and direct customer interactions. He learned the importance of being able to break down complex topics and effectively communicate with everyone in a timely manner.
Luis understands how technology works and uses the most innovative technology available to make the process as smooth as possible for all clients. A professional that makes his clients feel comfortable, savvy in negotiating and is fluent in English and Spanish. He works diligently to make sure his clients fully understand the process and receive the best service possible and also dives into the financial side of the purchase or sale to ensure that all of his clients make good financial investments that will help them build wealth for years to come.
Luis is always trying to learn and grow in the industry that's why reading is at the top of his hobbies list. Along with reading Luis hikes, enjoys playing basketball, he likes to explore new places with his family and friends, loves to spend time with his daughter and wife and loves to teach his daughter about everything he can.
